The hiring process usually begins around the first of the year and the number of openings is dependent on our student enrollment, compatibility with other instructors (i.e. one male and one female per trip) and your area of expertise.

You must be at least 21 years old, have related experience, hold advanced first aid training (WFR, EMT, WEMT, etc.) and genuinely enjoy working with teenagers.

We are not a traditional Teen Summer Camp. Our Teen Adventure Travel programs are designed to create a meaningful wilderness experience for our motivated students. Our adventures combine sailing, whitewater rafting, sea kayaking, backpacking and surfing in Maine, New Hampshire, Oregon, Utah, Arizona, US. Virgin Islands, Ecuador, ,Washington & Idaho.
